What consideration has the Cabinet Minister given to following the UK Government's decision to increase the cap on fixed penalty notices to £5,000 for fly-tipping?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Minister for Rural Resilience and Sustainability (Llyr Gruffydd)
We are currently consulting on proposals in the Rural Proofing and Environmental Sustainability White Paper to increase the upper limit of fixed penalty notices for unauthorised waste (fly-tipping) offences to £5,000.
