Answer
Answered by Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Welsh Language
The Finance Interministerial Standing Committee (F:ISC) met in October, attended by Finance Ministers of the four-nations. At this meeting agreement was secured that joint work will be undertaken by officials looking at ways of improving the operation of the Barnett formula to ensure. This work will report at the next F:ISC.
I will continue to keep the Senedd Finance Committee updated on F:ISC discussions.
