How much consequential funding does the Cabinet Secretary expect will be passed on to Wales as a result of the UK Government's spring statement, on top of funding plans already announced in the Autumn Budget?

The Welsh Government will receive an additional £555m funding over the next three years. This consists of £543m resource and £12m capital.
