Further to WQ100802, will the Cabinet Minister specify the clinical indicators, baseline data, evaluation methodology and publication timetable that will be used to measure whether increasing minimum unit pricing to 65p reduces alcohol dependence, as distinct from changes in purchasing behaviour or modelled consumption?
