Did Welsh Government officials recommend any individuals who could take the role of chair of the independent chair of the advisory panel concerning the design and remit of a development agency for Wales?

All roles on the independent expert advisory panel are being undertaken on an unpaid basis.
The Welsh Government does not normally comment on the content of advice provided by officials to Ministers.
