Question
Will the First Minister provide an update on any discussions he has had with the Standards of Conduct Committee regarding the introduction of a recall system for Members of the Senedd, and confirm whether any plans will be taken forward to introduce it before the next Senedd election?

The Cabinet Minister for Government Effectiveness and the Constitution wrote to the Chair of the Standards of Conduct Committee on 17 August, welcoming the publication of the Committee’s consultation on Recall Guidance and highlighting the importance of aligning the Welsh Government’s work on recall poll regulations with the Committee’s development of Recall Guidance.
