Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee

So, if we move to item 2: Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee—remit of the committee. The purpose of the item is to note the committee's remit. I'm assuming that everybody has received papers in relation to that. And the remit is outlined paragraph 5 of paper 1. I'll just quickly go through it. It's to examine legislation and hold the Welsh Government to account by scrutinising its expenditure, administration and policy matters, encompassing, but not restricted to, local government, communities, housing, planning and regeneration. Does anybody have any comments with regard to that remit or the statement? Okay. All right.

So, we move on to item 3, the motion under Standing Order 17.42(ix). I propose, in accordance with Standing Order 17.42(ix), that the committee resolves to exclude the public from the remainder of this meeting in order to discuss matters relating to the internal business of the committee. Are we all in agreement?
