Question
What discussions has the Cabinet Secretary had with Cardiff Council about the impact on road safety of large lorries on roads in Creigiau?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Secretary for Transport and North Wales
Cardiff Council has not raised any concerns with me regarding the impact of large lorries on road safety in Creigiau.
I have not had any discussions with GoSafe about the placement of speed cameras in the area. Decisions on road safety measures, including engagement with GoSafe, are the responsibility of Cardiff Council as the local highway authority.
