What assessment has the Cabinet Secretary made of the impact of meningitis on Wales, the Welsh NHS, and on students coming back to Wales from the University of Kent?

I wrote to all Members of the Senedd on 23 March setting out the actions being taken in Wales in response to the outbreak in Kent, including vaccination.
