What was the cost to the Welsh taxpayer of the aborted development and procurement of the SALUS system by the Welsh Ambulance Service University NHS Trust?

The OJEU procurement process for the SALUS system was led by NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership. No payments were made to the supplier during implementation, as the contract required successful completion of operations before payment.
