Question
Further to WQ100515, what consideration has the Welsh Government given to designating the Walnut Tree Viaduct pillar in Taffs Well as a historic asset?
Answer
Answered by Trefnydd, Chief Whip and Cabinet Minister for Culture and Sport (Heledd Fychan)
The Walnut Tree Viaduct pillar was assessed for listing in January 2000 during a survey of potential listed buildings in Taff's Well, but it did not meet the published criteria for listing. It is therefore not a designated historic asset.
