Will the First Minister set out any costs to the Welsh Government arising from the Cardiff Agreement summit at the Voco St David's Hotel on 14 September 2026?

The Cardiff Agreement was not signed at the Voco St David's Hotel on 14 September. I refer the Member to the Written Statement, issued on 14 September, which sets out the basis and detail of the Cardiff Agreement between the Welsh Government and Scottish Government.
