Question
How does the Cabinet Minister intend to deliver reforms to pay and conditions for school support staff without establishing a school support staff negotiating body?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Minister for Education and the Welsh Language (Anna Brychan)
We are working with our social partners to scope the options for ensuring that school staff are supported and valued in their roles. The mechanisms, legislative or otherwise, for implementation will depend on the option(s) selected.
