More details
The condition of Station Road has become unacceptable. The surface of the road has deteriorated, repairs to pot holes have created an uneven surface and only serve as a temporary fix as in heavy rain these repairs are washed out resulting in deep ruts and holes. At peak commuter times traffic is heavy as Severn Tunnel Junction Railway Station serves as the main rail link for the surrounding areas. With extra rail services planned. Steation Road is no longer fit for purpose and requires urgent resurfacing work.
