New Petitions
Thank you, Luke. We had a cross-party group on air pollution earlier on today in the Senedd, didn't we? Thank you for those suggestions. Would anybody else like to comment on this? Vaughan.

New Petitions
Yes, because remote has been mentioned, but sometimes you need to that have that one-to-one, so when are they looking to do that, and have that in place, that one-to-one? Which is why I think an idea of actually having an in-person health check would be so…

New Petitions
Okay. Well, from my personal experience, and that of my friends as well, I think that women often don't make time to have health checks, or think about them, because they lead busy lives, and there is that expectation that it's normal—it's normal to feel not…

So, a letter to the Chair of the health committee as well on this issue—

Yes, Vaughan, you'd like to come back.

Okay. Thank you, and thank you for your wealth of experience that you're bringing to this committee. [Laughter.] Peter.

New Petitions
We move on to new petitions, agenda item 2. We have item 2.1, which is P-06-1444, 'Women of North Wales have the right to have a Menopause Services/Clinic in Ysbyty Gwynedd'. I would like to lead on this one. The main issues are that not everyone can afford…

Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
I am very pleased to be serving as Chair of the Petitions Committee. I, myself, submitted a petition, previous to becoming a Member of the Senedd, on public bus transport. I also gave evidence at one session, as well, when I was cabinet member for highways…

To what extent—my last question to you—do the Welsh Government's draft culture priorities, which were consulted on over the summer, help cultural bodies mitigate the impact of reduced funding? I'm not sure whether you actually saw that. It was the Welsh…

It often gets pointed out to me that we haven't got the billionaires, but people can really care, can't they, with not so much, and it could be—. If they feel the music, and that's a priority to them, even if they don't have much money, any funding is helpful.

The performance on the Senedd steps was fantastic, by the way—

That was going to be my next question, actually—the relative merits of funding national companies via an arts council, as is the case in Wales, or directly from Government, as might be the case in Scotland.

What else can the Welsh Government do besides funding, going forward, do you think?

So, what conversations have you had, then, with both the Welsh Government and the UK Government about the impact of reduced funding for WNO?

—and the impact. So, I just think that that could be another discussion that we could bring in with the UK Government.

I was shocked, reading the report—I can't find it, because I was when I was reading through it. I was shocked at the cost of it—

Can I ask you—? You do a lot of travel, so Brexit must have had an impact on you, and I read somewhere about the cost of visas that you're paying for now as well, as a company—the cost of visas, and we heard earlier about the impact of having visas for people…

And the employees, I guess. I think they were hoping that the funding that was mentioned by the Arts Council of Wales just now, the £1.5 million—I know you said it would be transitional—I think that they were hoping that that could be used to actually retain…

Do you think that there are other ideas we've not touched on that they might have, going forward, in having to deal with the crises now that you're having to deal with?

Chris, we've got you here today, but you're leaving soon and you've been the interim director, but you've been part of the company before, haven't you, for a long time? And then Adele is coming in. I'm just thinking how it's all a bit interim at the moment…
