Ateb
Atebwyd gan Cabinet Minister for Health and Care (Mabon ap Gwynfor)
The Welsh Government has not undertaken an estimate or modelling exercise on the cost of moving health visitors employed at Band 6 to Band 7 under Agenda for Change. The current dispute is a local employment matter between Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board and recognised trade unions. The Welsh Government has discussed a range of issues relating to the dispute with NHS employers and trade unions. However, no separate programme of discussions has been undertaken specifically on the cost of moving health visitors to Band 7.
