How much funding has been agreed to support the establishment of a social care champion role within Llais?

The Welsh Government has agreed funding of approximately £50,000 per annum to support the infrastructure, capacity and organisational arrangements required to deliver the Social Care Champion function within Llais. This funding will enable the establishment of a dedicated Social Care Champion role, while also supporting the wider resources and support structures necessary for the role to operate effectively. It should therefore be viewed as funding for the overall function and its delivery, rather than solely for an individual post.
