What is the Cabinet Minister's timetable for achieving a resolution to the Cwm Taf Morgannwg health visitors' band 7 pay dispute?

This remains a local employment dispute between Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board and Unite. An offer intended to resolve the dispute was made by the Health Board but was not accepted.
I recognise the impact that the continued dispute may have on children, families and the health visitors delivering these important services. While there is no fixed timetable for resolution, I continue to encourage all parties to work together to achieve an agreed way forward at the earliest opportunity.
