Has the Welsh Government submitted a response to the UK Government's consultation on reforms to zero-hours and similar contracts, and if so, will it publish its submission?
Ateb
Atebwyd gan Cabinet Minister for Enterprise, Connectivity and Energy (Adam Price)
I have written to the UK Government Minister for Employment Rights setting out the Welsh Government’s position. My letter made it clear that we support reforms to bring an end to the use of one-sided and exploitative zero-hour contracts. It is my belief that these reforms will help provide workers with greater certainty and predictability over their working hours and shift patterns. These are important steps in delivering fairer working conditions.
