Atebwyd gan Cabinet Minister for Government Effectiveness & the Constitution (Dafydd Trystan Davies)
Welsh Government is working alongside local government in preparing for the launch of Arwain and this engagement will make a valuable contribution to the development of this work. A local authority representative will sit on the Arwain Steering Board and local authorities will be able to access the programmes delivered through Arwain. The programme offer is currently being developed, with officials already engaging stakeholders to identify content that would best support the wider One Welsh Public Service ambition of strengthening collaboration, shared values, leadership and capability across Wales’ public sector.
